Frequently asked questions
Does JustDoFit take a commission on payments?
No. Only the payment system charges a processing fee, according to your contract. Online payments are connected as an add-on to your JustDoFit plan — see the price on the Prices page.
Where does the money go?
To your club's account. The contract with the payment system is signed in the club's name, so JustDoFit takes no part in settlements and has no access to your money.
Which payment methods can clients use?
Visa and Mastercard cards, the PayNet wallet and MIA instant payments by QR code from a banking app. bePaid and YooKassa are available for clubs in Belarus and Russia.
How long does it take to connect?
Most of the time goes into signing the contract with the payment system. As soon as the club has its merchant account details, we connect it to JustDoFit and run a test payment.
Can I still take payments at the front desk?
Yes. Staff record payments in cash, by card terminal or from the client's balance, and the JustDoFit cashbox shows all income together with online payments.
How do refunds work?
A booking, order or membership can be cancelled in the CRM with the money returned to the client's club balance.
